Chocolate Fudge Pudding, an old recipe

AH. I love raking through my grandma's closet and finding worn-out cookbooks she used. This one is SO fun, with a gorgeous collection of old recipes and drawings of histroical landmarks...it is a VISUAL feast first.
Let's bring this chocolate fudgey goodness back to life..
Ingredients:
- flour (1 cup)
- baking powder ( 2 teaspoons)
- white sugar (1/4 cup)
- cocoa powder (2 tablespoons)
- pinch of salt
- butter ( 2 tablespoons)
- milk (1/2 cup)
- grated dark chocolate
- brown sugar (1 cup)
Method:
- Combine the dry ingredients first: flour, baking powder, white sugar, cocoa powder, salt.
- Mix in the we tingredients: butter and milk.
- Sprinkle the dark chocolate and brown sugar on top.
- Completely cover the surface with boiling water.
- Bake at 350–375 °F (180–190 °C) for 45 minutes.
That's it. Voilà...The easiest, no-fuss, bake ♥
